해외에 프로그램 매뉴얼 파는 곳이 있다길래 살 수 있냐고 물어봤더니 

사고 싶으면 아래 내용을 메일로 보내라는데 3번에서 reference가 뭔지 도무지 모르겠습니다.;; 

도와주세요.ㅠㅠㅠ

1. Number of manuals you want to receive.

2. Shipping address and invoicing address + contact person.

3. Reference for the order confirmation and invoice.

4. How do we have to ship the manual(s), normal delivery (cheaper) or courier delivery (expensive!).
