Mr. Monk Goes to the Museum
NEW DATE
Monday, May 10, 2004
7:00 to 8:30 p.m.
USA's original series Monk gives cable television one of its most compelling characters: Adrian Monk, a phobia-ridden but brilliant detective who always solves his cases. Blending the best of humor and mystery, Monk's second-season premiere was the highest-rated for an original scripted series on basic cable. Its second season also added a title song by Randy Newman, and Tony Shalhoub earned an Emmy Award for best actor in a comedy series. Cast and creators will discuss the development of the show from a fledgling cable series to its run on ABC through its successful second season.
