우리나라의 엘리트 블랙 이글스 공군조종사 태훈(정지훈)은 에어쇼에서 위험한 뻘짓을 하다가 눈밖에 나는 바람에 자신이 원치 않던 지방 전투비행단에 배속된다. 태훈은 첫날 철희를 만나기 되니 그는 비행단 내에서 탑건으로 불리는 실력자다.

자유분방한 성격의 소유자 태훈은 규칙을 중시하는 철희(유준상)와 사사건건 대립하게 된다. 이후 태훈 그곳에 다른 동료들과 친구가 되니 대서(김성수), 유진(이하나), 석현(이종석) 등이다. 또한 태훈은 유지보수를 담당하고 있는 세영(신세경)과 사랑에 빠지게 된다. 태훈의 자유분방한 성격은 결국 사고를 치고 임무가 정지되고 만다.

그리고 기지 밖 외부세계에서는 사건이 터졌으니 북한의 미그기가 남한으로 향한다는 사실이 알려진 것이다. 태훈과 부대 동료들은 즉시 임무로 복귀되고 정찰임무를 맡게 된다. 하지만 그 임무 와중에 대서가 불의의 죽음을 당하고 석현은 실종되고 만다.

철희와 태훈은 F-15k 전투기를 이끌고 전쟁을 막고 실종된 동료를 구해야 한다.

Synopsis
A South Korean Elite Black Eagles Air Force pilot Tae-hun finds himself transferred to a combat flying unit after a cocky, unplanned, and dangerous air show demonstration. On the first day of his transfer to F15K, he meets Cheol-hui, the unit’s own top gun. Tae-hun is free-spirited, whereas Cheol-hui plays by the rules, and the two come into conflict almost immediately. However, Tae-hun quickly befriends his other colleagues: Dae-seo, Yu-jin, and Seok-hyeon. He also falls in love with Se-yeong, who is in charge of maintenance. Tae-hun continues his free-spirited ways and his antics get the entire unit suspended from duty. The world outside the base makes its presence known when a North Korean MIG fighter is discovered heading toward the South. Tae-hun and the rest of the squad are put back on active duty, and a reconnaissance mission turns into an all out fight, ending in Dae-seo’s untimely death and Seok-hyeon’s disappearance. Eventually Cheol-hui and Tae-hun come to an emotional understanding and the F15K makes preparations to stop a war and rescue their missing comrade.

조는 서울시내 그가 소유하고 있는 화려한 주상복합 건물에서 입주자 및 VIP를 위한 "화이트 크리스마스" 파티를 계획중에 있다. 이벤트 중에 일부는 헬리콥터를 타고 눈을 뿌리는 것도 포함되어 있다고 한다. 대호는 싱글파더로 건물의 매니저이다. 그는 외동딸 하나를 끔찍이도 아끼고 있다.

그는 레스토랑 매니저 윤희에게 호감을 가지고 있지만, 차마 그녀에게 마음을 털어놓지 못한다. 대호는 그의 딸과 함께 놀이공원에서 크리스마스를 보내기로 하지만 예상치 못한 파티 계획으로 인해 약속이 뒤로 밀리게 된다.

그리고 크리스마스 당일, 파티는 헬리콥터가 타워 위에서 눈을 뿌리면서 진행중에 있다. 그런데 헬리콥터 중 하나가 그만 건물에 충돌하게 되고 불은 순식간에 퍼져나간다. 대호는 딸 하나와 윤희, 그리고 동료들을 구출시키려고 한다.

한편, 전설의 소방수 영기가 불타고 있는 건물로 들어가 불길을 잡아 대호의 탈출을 도우려고 한다. 그들은 주위 사람들의 생명을 구하기 위해 분투하게 된다. 그들은 하나는 살아남겠지만, 다른 하나는 희생될 것이다.


Mr. JO is making plans for a “White Christmas” party for tenants and VIPs at Tower Sky, the super-luxurious landmark building complex he owns in Seoul. Part of the event will involve helicopters circling above, sprinkling snow on everyone below. Dae-ho, the single father and manager of the building, is an earnest employee liked by his colleagues and loved by his only daughter Ha-na. He has a secret crush on Yoon-hee, a restaurant manager but hasn’t got the guts to tell her. Dae-ho has promised his daughter they would spend Christmas day at an amusement park together but the unexpected party plans hold him back. On Christmas Day, the party is in full swing with two helicopters spraying snow above Tower Sky. When one of the helicopters crashes into the building, a fire breaks out and spreads rapidly. Dae-ho is on the move trying to rescue Ha-na, Yoon-hee and his colleagues. At the same time, legendary firefighter Young-kee makes his way to Tower Sky, throwing himself into the burning building and bringing the blaze under control, helping Dae-ho in the process. Together they fight to save the lives of everyone around them—despite a simmering feud between the two men. One will survive, and one will make the ultimate sacrifice.
