조카가 어플안에서 무슨 충전하는 버튼을 여러번 클릭해서 취소하려고 하는데 취소하는 양식이 없길래 항의메일 비슷한걸 보냈거든요. 그에 대한 대답인데 중간에
비지니스데이 3~5일안에 어쩌고 저쩌고 하라는 내용이 무슨 뜻인지 모르겠네요. 듀나인 도와주세요!

I understand that your son has made some accidental in app purchases. I can certainly see how you must be very eager to resolve this. I'd be glad to help you out with this.
I'm happy to let you know that I have reversed the charges for these in app purchase, which I understand were unintentional.
In three to five business days, a credit of $16.97 should be posted to the credit card that appears on the receipt for that purchase.
Please note that this is a one-time exception, as the App Store Terms and Conditions state that all sales are final.
Also Taesung, if you'd like, you can restrict the ability to make in-app purchases on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
